Tool Design
Fully equipped and staffed by a mechanical engineer with over 25 years of experience in metal stamping tool design, our tool room is here to help. We are committed to working closely with our customers to brainstorm the most efficient and cost effective production process.
Some of the tooling options available to our customers include:
- Simple tools which utilize a single station operation.
- Progressive tools which combine a blank and pierce in a single operation.
- Stock blanking dies which range in size from 1/8" up to 2" in diameter. We utilize these dies at no tooling cost to our customers.
Once a tool is completed, approved and in-production, our tooling and press room staff monitor and measure your parts to ensure that accuracy, efficiency, and cost effective production goals are being met.
